Momentum Growth Partners (MGP), launched in 2024, collaborates with small teams to build and support early-stage tech companies that harness AI for remarkable solutions. We integrate AI into platforms to accelerate development, foster strategic partnerships, and drive innovation where a handful of innovators can achieve what large teams once did.
Our goal is to empower lean, high-impact teams to redefine tech ecosystems through AI collaboration.
About Patrick Hadley, Founder
Patrick Hadley’s journey began at Unilever and Becton Dickinson, where he honed his marketing and sales expertise. His passion for building led him to launch UniverCity.com during the dot-com boom, a college magazine website he later sold as the internet transformed media.
He then founded Hadley Media, a leader in experiential marketing, delivering campaigns for FOX, Netflix, and Marvel that earned AdWeek’s "Best In Show" and "Best Use of Technology In Events," exiting successfully in 2017.
Beyond business, Patrick is a tech enthusiast who taught himself to code, diving into AI-driven platforms hands-on. His technical skills complement marketing achievements, including producing films like The Other Side Of The Tracks and Four for Four, a documentary about wrestler Kyle Dake, a Cornell alum who won four NCAA titles in four weight classes and later secured two Olympic bronze medals for the USA.
With multiple successful ventures, Patrick launched MGP to fuel his passion for building cutting-edge platforms and partnering with early-stage innovators. We’re here to collaborate with small teams—offering expertise or resources—for those who share his vision for AI‑human synergy, driving a future where a few bold minds can disrupt industries.
